I have been a food blog reader for years and love collecting recipes to try. I have experimented with more recipes than I can count, but there are some that are on constant rotation. Below are 10 tasty dinner recipes I make all the time.
This list is by no means exhaustive but selected for ease and variety. I highly encourage you to add one or all of these into your meal planning!
Lemon Chicken ~ This is a dish I often take to families with a new baby, post surgery, etc. I usually serve it with a green vegetable and mashed potatoes.
Crockpot Chicken Tacos ~ This recipe is easily doubled for a crowd and so simple! Serve with tortillas.
One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies ~This is so versatile because you can mix and match any vegetables.
The Juiciest Turkey Burger ~My family loves these!
White Chicken Chili ~This is so flavorful! I usually serve it with tortilla chips.
Tex-Mex Breakfast Casserole ~ We enjoy breakfast for dinner and this one doesn’t disappoint. I have substituted drained black beans for the sausage and it turns out great!
Chipotle Fish Tacos with Creamy Slaw ~These tacos are loaded with flavor!
Mustard- Crusted Salmon ~I tore this recipe out of a Rachel Ray magazine years ago. It is still a keeper!
Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Tacos ~ I made these tacos quite a bit when one of our daughters was eating only vegetarian dishes.
One Pot Vegetarian Chili Mac and Cheese ~This chili is so flavorful that you won’t even miss the meat!
